Software built for the way you work.
We build systems that bring your customers, jobs and information into one place.
Customer details are in emails. Jobs are in a spreadsheet.
What does your team need to see together?
The customer, their agreed work and who needs to act next.
We check the goal, budget, timing and who needs to be involved.

- Work and documents
- Owners and next steps

Can each job show who is responsible?
Yes. Let’s check the view with the people doing the work.
You see progress each week. We test the work together before launch.

The customer, the work and the next step. Together.
One place to find the customer, their work and the next step.
You check and accept the first version. We keep it running and improve it with you.
What could we build?

- Your part

What this example delivers
One customer. Everything you need.
Here, Northside is a customer. Its emails, delivery date and agreed quote sit in different places. We build a customer system that brings them together.
Bring the right information together. We connect the records your team needs, keeping the tools that already work well.
Give each person a useful view. Each person can see their work, the details they need and what happens next. You decide who can see and change what.
Make the next action clear. Your team can open a customer record, update the work and see who needs to act next.
Is this right for my business?
For owners and operations leads whose business has outgrown spreadsheets, scattered updates or software that never quite fits.
Built with you.
Looked after by us.
One monthly payment. Three months to start.
Start with one part of the business.
Map one important job from beginning to end. Agree the people, records and decisions involved, then build a first release that can be checked against real work.
If there is a useful fit, we agree a free personalised preview before the paid build. The preview and working release have separate scopes and dates.
Scope, pricing & ongoing service
A separate build fee and monthly service can also be agreed.
Our usual starting arrangement is one monthly payment with a three-month initial commitment. It covers the agreed build, running the systems and a defined amount of improvement.
We can also agree a separate build fee followed by monthly service. You receive a clear scope and price before deciding. Substantial additions are quoted separately.
After the initial commitment, our proposed standard is monthly continuation with 30 days’ notice, confirmed in your agreement.
Outcome guarantee & refund
Before you commit, we agree the starting point, the improvement we’re aiming for, the quality required and when we’ll measure it. We also set out what each of us needs to do and the amount we’ll refund if the agreed outcome is missed. Those terms are written into your agreement, so you know what the promise covers.
