Canonical page: https://withvalmont.com

Websites, custom software and AI agents. Designed, built and looked after.

[Let’s talk](https://withvalmont.com/contact/index.md) — 15-minute introduction. [See what we build](https://withvalmont.com/#what-we-build).

## What we build

What we build for your business.

Illustrative concepts explain the possibilities. They are not client results or working applications.

### Websites: We build your website.

The words, design and working site. Built to help customers understand, enquire, book or buy.

Websites · Customer portals · Online services

### From a conversation to your website.

Illustrative project, not a client case study.

#### 1. Talk

Your starting point: People need to see our work and ask about a project.

Valmont: Who do you want to reach, and what should they do next?

You: Homeowners planning a new space. We want useful project enquiries.

We check the goal, budget, timing and who needs to be involved.

#### 2. Agree

Your first website

- Explain your services
- Show your work
- Capture project enquiries

A preview where useful. Then an agreed scope, price and dates for the build.

#### 3. Build

You: Can we ask what kind of project they have in mind?

Valmont: Yes. Let’s add that to the form and test it together.

You see progress each week. We test the work together before launch.

#### 4. Use

The website, in use

Your work on show. Project enquiries ready for your reply.

You check and accept the first version. We keep it running and improve it with you.

1. Visit
2. Enquire
3. Reply

A clear way for customers to reach you.

Example website journey: a visitor sees a design studio’s work, sends a home-extension enquiry and the business receives the details to reply.

### Business software: We build the tools your team needs.

Customer systems, financial tools and custom apps. Shaped around how your business works.

CRMs · Financial tools · Custom apps

### From scattered records to your own system.

Illustrative project, not a client case study.

#### 1. Talk

Your starting point: Customer details are in emails. Jobs are in a spreadsheet.

Valmont: What does your team need to see together?

You: The customer, their agreed work and who needs to act next.

We check the goal, budget, timing and who needs to be involved.

#### 2. Agree

Your first customer system

- Customer records
- Work and documents
- Owners and next steps

A preview where useful. Then an agreed scope, price and dates for the build.

#### 3. Build

You: Can each job show who is responsible?

Valmont: Yes. Let’s check the view with the people doing the work.

You see progress each week. We test the work together before launch.

#### 4. Use

The customer system, in use

One place to find the customer, their work and the next step.

You check and accept the first version. We keep it running and improve it with you.

Illustrated starting point: One customer. Three places to check.

- Email: Northside. Latest conversation.
- Delivery sheet: Tuesday. Delivery due.
- Proposal: Agreed. Saved separately.

Planned system: Customer → Their work → Next action. One record your team can work from.

First version for review: Northside. Customer workspace. Delivery: Tuesday. Proposal: Agreed & saved. Responsible: Your team. Next: confirm delivery

1. Gather
2. Connect
3. Act

The customer, the work and the next step. Together.

Example customer workspace: an email, a delivery spreadsheet and a proposal come together in Northside’s customer record, with a clear next action.

### AI & automation: We build systems that do the work.

From preparing an update to carrying out a job across your tools. You set the limits.

AI agents · Personal assistants · Automation

### From a repeated task to work taken care of.

Illustrative project, not a client case study.

#### 1. Talk

Your starting point: Every morning, I check several tools to work out what needs me.

Valmont: Which updates matter, and which decisions should stay with you?

You: New customers, changed quotes and upcoming work. I make the decisions.

We check the goal, budget, timing and who needs to be involved.

#### 2. Agree

Your first AI assistant

- Read agreed records
- Prepare a daily briefing
- Flag decisions for you

A preview where useful. Then an agreed scope, price and dates for the build.

#### 3. Build

You: Can it highlight what needs my approval?

Valmont: Yes. We test those checks, including missing or unclear information.

You see progress each week. We test the work together before launch.

#### 4. Use

The assistant, in use

A briefing prepared from your records. Decisions brought to you.

You check and accept the first version. We keep it running and improve it with you.

Illustrated starting point: Three tools to check before the day begins.

- Customers: New enquiry. Needs a reply.
- Documents: Quote updated. Needs a review.
- Work: Delivery due. Needs confirming.

Planned system: Agreed records → Prepare briefing → You review. It prepares the update. You make the decisions.

First version for review: Your morning briefing. From your agreed records. What changed: A new enquiry. Coming up: A delivery to confirm. Needs your approval: Review the updated quote. Nothing sent. Ready for your review.

1. Read
2. Prepare
3. Review

The update is ready. The decisions stay with you.

Example AI assistant: customer, work and document updates feed a morning briefing. The owner reviews a quote and confirms a delivery; no messages or decisions are sent automatically.

### AI agents: Give it a job. It takes the next steps.

We build agents that use your tools to get a job done, within the limits you set.

Illustrative concept: Help with a new enquiry. A customer asks for a quote.

1. Check the enquiry — Request: a quote for a new project.
2. Create a customer record — Contact and request saved together.
3. Prepare a reply — Draft: “Thanks. When would you like to start?”.

Your team approves the reply. You choose what it can do and when it must ask.

A starting point, or something bigger. We build around what you need.

Websites. Software. AI. Built to fit.

The architectural image is generated for the illustrative design-studio website. It is not a Valmont office or a client project.

## How we build it with you.

A clear starting point. Progress you can see.

### Find the starting point

We check the goal, people, budget and timing.

### Agree the first version

A preview where useful. Clear scope, price and dates.

### Build and review

See progress each week. Check the result with us.

### Launch and improve

We keep it running and plan useful additions.

Have something in mind? [Talk it through](https://withvalmont.com/contact/index.md) or [send a brief](https://withvalmont.com/start/index.md).

### What to expect along the way

If there’s a good fit, we agree a free personalised preview, with its own scope and date.

**Start with your business.**

We explore what you need, what you already have and what a useful result would look like. If we’re a good fit, we agree a small, free preview and when you’ll see it.

**Agree the first useful version.**

We set out what you’ll be able to do, what it costs, when it will be ready and how we’ll check it works.

**See progress every week.**

We show you the work, gather focused feedback and agree any changes to scope, price or dates before adding them.

**Put it to work. Keep improving.**

We check the agreed release with you, then run it and review the difference it makes. As new needs appear, we can agree the next piece of work together.

A preview shows the idea. A working release delivers the agreed job. We set dates for each.

## Built for you. Looked after with you.

### Agreed scope

Know what we’re building and why.

### Clear monthly cost

One monthly payment. Three months to start.

### Ongoing care

Running your systems and agreed improvements.

### Scope, pricing & ongoing service

Our usual starting arrangement is one monthly payment with a three-month initial commitment. It covers the agreed build, running the systems and a defined amount of improvement.

We can also agree a separate build fee followed by monthly service. You receive a clear scope and price before deciding. Substantial additions are quoted separately.

After the initial commitment, our proposed standard is monthly continuation with 30 days’ notice, confirmed in your agreement.

### An agreed outcome. A refund if we miss it.

We agree the result, how it’s measured and the refund in writing before work starts.

Before you commit, we agree the starting point, the improvement we’re aiming for, the quality required and when we’ll measure it. We also set out what each of us needs to do and the amount we’ll refund if the agreed outcome is missed. Those terms are written into your agreement, so you know what the promise covers.

## A few useful answers.

### Do we need to know what to build?

No. Bring the idea, the challenge or the part of your business you’d like to improve. We’ll help you work out what’s useful, affordable and possible to deliver.

### Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

We start by looking at what you have. We can keep, connect, improve or build around it where that makes sense. Any replacement is agreed with you.

### How long will it take?

That depends on the work and the information or access it needs. We agree dates for the preview and first working release separately, then show progress weekly.

### What happens if we leave?

Your data and the deliverables agreed as yours remain portable. Before starting, we explain ownership, any reusable components or supplier services the system relies on, and what handover involves.

## Let’s see what we could build.

Bring the idea. Bring the challenge. We’ll start there.
