Every business has its own starting point and ambitions. We take time to understand the work, the constraints and what matters to your people. Then we choose a practical first step together: a better way to welcome a customer, organise the work, bring an idea to life or give people more time.

## A direct working relationship.

Valmont is founder-led. You work directly with the person shaping the solution, with clear responsibility for delivery and support agreed before work starts. The aim is a close understanding of your business and progress you can see.

### Understand the starting point.

You show us what needs to happen, what already works and what gets in the way. We agree what to keep, improve, connect or build, with a clear purpose for the first version.

### Make progress in useful stages.

You see the work every week as it takes shape. We check the first version together, learn from using it and discuss any changes to price or dates before taking the next step.

### Stay alongside the work.

We keep the agreed systems running and make the improvements included in your service. As your needs change, we review the priorities together and agree the scope of any extra work.

## Your business should be able to move forward.

Before starting, we explain what belongs to you, what is reusable, which suppliers the system relies on and how handover works. Your data and the deliverables agreed as yours remain portable.

One monthly payment. Three months to start.

### Scope, pricing & ongoing service

A separate build fee and monthly service can also be agreed.

Our usual starting arrangement is one monthly payment with a three-month initial commitment. It covers the agreed build, running the systems and a defined amount of improvement.

We can also agree a separate build fee followed by monthly service. You receive a clear scope and price before deciding. Substantial additions are quoted separately.

After the initial commitment, our proposed standard is monthly continuation with 30 days’ notice, confirmed in your agreement.

### Outcome guarantee & refund

Before you commit, we agree the starting point, the improvement we’re aiming for, the quality required and when we’ll measure it. We also set out what each of us needs to do and the amount we’ll refund if the agreed outcome is missed. Those terms are written into your agreement, so you know what the promise covers.
